Enquiries and the launch list
If you contact us, we store the name, email address, subject and message you provide so we can respond to your request. If you join our launch list, we store your email address, your consent wording and the date of your signup. Joining the list is optional, and you can withdraw your consent by contacting us.
These records are held in our secured website database on our Hostinger VPS. Access is restricted to authorised administrators. We do not sell this information. During the collection preview, automatic outgoing emails are disabled; your request is available to us in the administration panel.
Shopping bags, accounts and cookies
The website uses functional cookies to remember a shopping bag, keep signed-in users authenticated and protect forms. These features need those cookies to work. We have not installed advertising trackers or third-party marketing analytics. Fonts and collection images are served from our own website.
The server also keeps technical access and error logs for operation and security. Form submissions are protected by a short-lived, hashed rate-limit identifier; this is not used for marketing.
Payment information
No customer payments are accepted during the preview. The privacy information will be updated with the payment services actually used before orders open. Please do not send card information through an enquiry form.
Your choices
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw your launch-list consent. We keep enquiry and launch-list information only while it is needed for the stated purpose; deletion requests are reviewed by the administrator, including records in rotating backups. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
